Std 7th : My First Day at School !

 My First Day at School !

         It was the first day of the new academic year, and I was full of excitement and joy! After a long summer vacation, I returned to Mumbai Public School, Sambhaji Nagar Marathi with a big smile on my face. Everything around me felt new a fresh classroom, new books, and a whole new journey to begin! I had just been promoted from Standard 6, and I was proud to be a senior student now. As I walked into the school building, I looked around eagerly to see my friends. We waved at each other happily and shared stories from our vacation. Our new classroom was bright and clean. The desks were neatly arranged, and the blackboard had “Welcome Back Students!” written on it. What a lovely sight! Soon, our new class teacher, Mrs. Seema Jamdar Ma'am, walked in. She looked beautiful and confident. She greeted us with a cheerful “Good morning!” and we all stood up to wish him. She told us that this year would be full of learning, new activities, and exciting challenges. I was already feeling ready! 

        Mrs.Jamdar ma'am gave us our time table and explained the rules of the class. She also made us introduce ourselves one by one. When my turn came, I stood up and said, “My name is Rohan. I studied here last year in Standard 6 !” I felt proud and happy. At lunch break, we stayed in the classroom and shared our tiffin's. The room was full of laughter, chatter, and the smell of delicious food! Even though some things were new, my school still felt like my second home. What a wonderful first day at school!
